Meet Chef "Apes" and Partner in Crime Chris Keosky

As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, April "Apes" Camacho Keosky has seen it all: from the cutthroat kitchens of fine dining establishments to feeding fans and talent from the most prestigious venues in the world.
A courageous leader and a creative powerhouse that brings the grit, professionalism, and tenacity required to be a truly extraordinary chef.
In kitchens historically dominated by men, April not only held her ground but rose to lead the brigade. Her experience navigating high-pressure, high-volume environments—from the stadium rush to world-class service—means she thrives when others fold.
Chris spent more than 12 years in the digital media and technology space, Chris has developed a reputation for translating complicated challenges into clear solutions while supporting both internal teams and external partners. His background in operations, analytics, and vendor management gives him a strong foundation for overseeing the business side of the restaurant.
Chris focuses on building sustainable systems that allow the team to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional food and creating a welcoming community space.
Chef Apes and Chris are local to Rockland County, met in high school and got married in 2023. Its been a dream for them to open a cool place to share their love for good food, music, movies, gaming, with a touch of silliness to the world.
When not overseeing the kitchen, Chef Apes and Chris like to cuddle up with their Boxerdoodle (Biko) 🐾
